Man exposes himself, hurls puppy in Kingston

Talk about a sick puppy.
A dog was thankfully only slightly hurt Monday but a 37-year-old Kingston man is facing charges including committing an indecent act, assault, willfully causing pain to an animal and cause a disturbance after a weird incident in Kingston Monday.
Police report that a man was walking along a north-end sidewalk while “holding his genitals and yelling at citizens.”
