Man electrocuted, but fast action by co-workers saves him

A man’s heart is beating again because his co-workers knew what to do in an emergency.
Ottawa paramedics say the man, in his 50s, was electrocuted while he was working on underground fuel pumping equipment on Cyrville Road, north of Innes Road.
He went into cardiac arrest, but his co-workers managed to turn off the current and bring him up to the surface. They immediately started doing CPR until firefighters arrived, and paramedics arrived two minutes later to do defibrillation.
