The man convicted of sexual assault in the so-called “sexsomnia” case is appealing his conviction.
The appeal, filed in Ontario Superior Court in Brockville on Wednesday, marks the third appeal by Ryan Hartman since he assaulted Bekah D’Aoust at an Oxford Mills house party more than eight years ago.
