Man arrested for assault with knife in east end altercation

A 37-year-old man faces a number of charges following an east end altercation Thursday night involving a knife.
Police were called to a residence in the 2100 block of Russell Road for a report of a dispute involving a knife.
Patrol officers subdued and arrested the suspect in the residence without incident. The victim, a 45-year-old, was assessed and found not to be injured.
