Man arrested after robbery attempt at LCBO, robbery at bank

Ottawa police arrested a man after he allegedly tried to rob an LCBO store and robbed a bank on Monday morning.
Police said the attempted robbery at the LCBO location on Rideau Street occurred around 9:45 a.m. A man allegedly brandished a knife in order to steal alcohol, but nobody was injured.
Police said in a media release that the man then entered a bank in the 700 block of Sussex Drive, showed the same knife and a note to a teller and left with an undisclosed amount of money. Again, no injur
