Man arrested after Prescott explosion leaves man seriously injured

PRESCOTT — An explosion at a former recycling facility late Monday afternoon left one man with serious injuries and led to the arrest of another.
Provincial police were saying little as of late Monday morning pending further investigation.
“The scene is being held pending a search warrant,” said Const. Cathy Lindsey of the Ontario Provincial Police’s Grenville detachment.
Police were called to 205 Churchill Rd. W. at 5:35 p.m. on Monday, said Lindsey.
“There was an
