Man, 35, charged in south-end mugging

Patrol officers collared a robbery suspect soon after a mugging on Bank Street near Albion Road South, police report.
They were summoned by a 911 call reporting a robbery in progress at 11:15 p.m. on Nov. 28.
They found the victim, who was unhurt and described the assailant. A suspect matching the description was arrested.
