Man, 24, seriously hurt in Bank Street stabbing

A man was seriously injured after he was stabbed in the neck in an altercation near the intersection of Bank Street and Alta Vista Drive early Wednesday evening.
Police said Thursday morning that the 24-year-old’s condition had stabilized.
No arrest has been made.
A bystander who was helping the victim called 911 to Bank Street near Alta Vista Drive at 6:07 p.m.
Police couldn’t confirm if it happened on the street or inside a business.
