Man, 20, wounded in Britannia-area shooting

A 20-year-old man suffered injuries police say are not life-threatening when he was shot in a home in the city’s west end Monday evening.
A person who came to the victim’s aid called 911 at 8:45 p.m., summoning police to Doane Street off Carling Avenue in the Britannia area.
The guns and gangs unit is investigating.
No arrests had been made as of Tuesday morning.
It was the third shooting incident in the area in three years.
