With the MosaiCanada 150 exhibit at Jacques Cartier Park coming to a close Sunday, all signs point to the event being far bigger than anyone had anticipated.The horticultural wonder featured numerous living sculptures that have been pared and pruned by specialists to capture scenes or showcase elements that relate to Confederation’s 150-year history
