With much interest and concern, I read this article. A real life horror story! A tragedy!  It is absolutely appalling, despicable and unprofessional  that the Children’s Aid Society (CAS) after having been warned twice by both the mother and grandmother of the associated dangers did investigate, but deemed the risk acceptable.
