Latest search for missing women — Maisy Odjick and Shannon Alexander — comes up empty

The Sûreté du Québec has resumed a full-scalesearch in the Maniwaki area this week for twoyoung Indigenous women who went missingwithout a trace from their Kitigan Zibi homes in2008.When Maisy Odjick, then 16, andShannon Alexander, 17, disappeared on Sept.6, 2008, the teens left behind their wallets,purses, clothes and medication.
