Lanes cleared after tractor-trailer rollover on 417

A tractor trailer rollover has snarled trafficamid fears of a fuel spill on the 417westbound this morning. The firedepartment was called to the westboundHighway 417 at the Vanier Parkway at 5:38a.m. and found that the tanker portion of therig holding liquid natural gas had come offthe truck.
