Labour watchdog has engineer's plan to recover Quebec worker's body

Five days after a worker died when his high hoe was buried in a sandpit landslide in West Quebec, the province’s labour watchdog has an engineer’s report outlining a safe recovery, but it’s unclear when his body will be recovered.
In an update Tuesday, MRC des Collines police confirmed that the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST) has the report by geotechnical experts.
