Kitten case unsolved, but Casper OK

Brockville police are unable to solve a reported case of kitten abuse from June, but the good news is the feline is feeling fine.
Police on Wednesday provided an update on a matter that started June 24, when a witness went to the police station to report he was leaving the 1000 Islands Mall and travelling east on Parkedale Avenue when he saw a white kitten he believed was thrown from a vehicle in front of him.
