Kingston: Man in black left cow-costumed victim unconscious

Kingston police are looking for tips or video recordings related to an assault that left one victim, who was among a group dressed as cows, unconscious on the ground with a bleeding head injury Saturday.
The victims were on Aberdeen Street at about 12:50 a.m. on Nov. 3 where “numerous” people were belatedly partying in Halloween costumes.
