Kingston developer looks to purchase, renovate notorious P4W prison
A Kingston developer has plans to renovate the former Prison for Women site.
The Doornekamp family’s ABNA Investment Ltd. has an approved offer to buy the 3.27-hectare property from Queen’s University, which purchased it in 2007 but didn’t follow through on plans to renovate the building on Sir John A. Macdonald Boulevard to house its archives.
