Khan: It's 2019. Trudeau's gender agenda must be more than just talk

More than three years after Prime Minister Trudeau dropped one of his first Twitter-worthy catchphrases on gender equality, “Because its 2015” has come a long way. Now, in an election year, the Liberal government’s promise of promoting gender equality across Canada and the world is at a crossroads.
The stock-taking part is easy. From a gender-equal cabinet to the government’s contribution to establish the Partnership for Gender Equality; to the creation of the Department
