Kellylee Evans helps Carleton University's music program mark its 50th anniversary

When Juno-winning singer-songwriter Kellylee Evans attended Carleton University during the 1990s, she focused on legal studies and English literature and received undergraduate degrees in those subjects. 
Nonetheless, Evans credits her time at the university for setting her on her musical path. “What I did do was discover jazz and participate in the choir and jazz combos,” she says. “It became my first true musical community.”
