'Jaws of Life' needed to extricate crash victim

Ottawa firefighters took just 14 minutes to respond to a call then extricate the victim of vehicle crash at the corner of Main Street and Riverdale Avenue Monday evening.
Firefighters uses the “Jaws of Life” to free a victim who was trapped in a vehicle, Ottawa Fire Services said in a news release. The rescue was completed at 6:39 p.m.
