It's officially Spring Wednesday, but Tuesday will be chillier than average

We’re almost there. Really, spring is just over the horizon.
But not Tuesday, or the next few days.
The wind chill was definitely in the air Tuesday morning with gusts causing “feels like” readings of -19 or -20 in spots.
The temperature is supposed to creep over the freezing mark, hitting a high of 2 C.
Skies are supposed to be turn partly cloudy overnight, with a low of -8 C, with wind chills down to -13.
