Investigator called after dramatic fire at Vars auto auction lot

A fire investigator has been called following a dramatic early morning blaze at a Vars car auction yard that destroyed a number of vehicles.
Responders were called to the large ADESA auction lot at 1717 Burton Rd. at about 4 a.m.
Six vehicles were fully involved in flame, and another six were damaged, according to onsite tweets from the district chief.
Firefighters took about an hour to contain and control the fire.
There were no reported injuries.
