Inquest in November into 2015 death of murderer

There will be an inquest this fall into the death of a convicted murderer from Cornwall who died in prison in 2015.
Richard Chatelain, 58, a drifter, was being held in the Regional Treatment Centre of the Bath Institution, where he was serving a life sentence for second-degree murder.
Chatelain was convicted in 2003 of killing Stacey Heil, a sex worker from Ottawa, in October of 2000. Her body was discovered near Larose Forest in the Rockland-Clarence area. Chatelain also pleaded guilt
