Impaired driving charge laid after car hits home

A 25-year-old woman is facing drunk driving charges after a car went off the road and rammed a house on Wolfe Island.
Leeds and Thousand Islands OPP officers were called to Road 96 on the island south of Kingston at about 10:30 p.m. Monday.
The homeowners weren’t hurt but a passenger was taken to the hospital with injuries police say were not life-threatening.
