Hydro Ottawa clears up power outages

Hydro Ottawa has repaired two major outages that had left about 3,000 people out of power Tuesday morning.
The utility reported at about 10 a.m. that power had been restored to more than 1.600 customers in west end Bay Ward.
A second outage in the Alta Vista area was reported fixed at about 11:30 p.m.
