Hill security screenings now in place to check early-bird visitors

Canada Day visitors be advised, the security screening on Parliament Hill have officially started.
While there are no events scheduled for Parliament Hill Friday, a number of Canada Day 150 festivities planned for nearby Major’s Hill Park and early bird arrivals for Saturday’s ceremonies have sparked security screening for anyone looking to get anywhere near the Parliament buildings.
