Highway 174 reopens after two severely hurt in crash

Two people were injured Thursday morning after an early crash on Highway 174 near Blair Road sent two people to hospital.
Police say a tire apparently flew off a westbound vehicle, crashing into a oncoming eastbound vehicle.
One of the injured was described as having life-threatening injuries.
Traffic reopened in both directions at around 6 a.m.
