Heart of Champions fundraiser nets $11,000 for CHEO

A group of parents who rely on the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario to care for their children’s hearts took to the baseball diamond on the weekend to raise money for the cardiology unit.The Heart of Champions, made up of parents whose children are cardiac patients at CHEO, raised $11,168 for the hospital at a Brewer Park softball tournament.
