Harpreet Singh: The 'third' candidate in Gloucester-South Nepean

A city councillor should act like the director of a $3.4-billion corporation (i.e. the City of Ottawa) whose primary role is to provide a long-term vision and transformational leadership for the ward. This was the premise I brought to the residents of Gloucester-South Nepean. I presented a clear vision that consists of engagement, growth and innovation.
Mine is the “third” point of view, one that moves forward from what has been accomplished in the past, and that notes what has not b
