Happy Birthday to Ottawa curler Emma Miskew!

Wednesday was Emma Miskew’s birthday.
Based on photos posted online, the now 29-year-old curler from Ottawa spent at least parts of the day celebrating with family and friends.
However, it’s a better than safe bet that Miskew spent another chunk of birthday hours on the ice, joining teammates Rachel Homan, Joanne Courtney and Lisa Weagle in preparing for the start of their Olympic women’s curling competition.
