The Tim Hortons Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival is celebrating its 25th anniversary edition this weekend (June 21-24) with a series of free concerts at Mooney’s Bay Park, featuring a stellar lineup of Canadian talent.The main-stage fun starts at 6 p.m. Thursday with M.T. Walker, Amos The Transparent, Crown Lands and headliner Sam Roberts Band at 9:30 p.m.
