Girl, 15, charged in Damian Sobieraj killing back behind bars

BROCKVILLE — A 15-year-old Brockville girl, accused of manslaughter in the death of Damian Sobieraj in September, is back behind bars.
The teen, whose can’t be identified because of the Youth Criminal Justice Act, appeared in court on Friday and was remanded in custody until Feb. 28 for a bail hearing.
In November, the girl was freed on bail on charges connected with the death of Sobieraj in Hardy Park.
