Get set for a very steamy Sunday, says Environment Canada.
The weather agency sent out a special statement Saturday noting that the season’s “first heat event” is on the way.
“A warm and humid airmass is expected to move into Southern Ontario with maximum temperatures near 31 degrees and lows around 20 degrees on Sunday and Sunday night,” Environment Canada says.
Extreme humidity is expected to bump the heat to a “feels like” 39 or 40.
