German Embassy offers hockey condolences with hot chocolate

The Germany Embassy will be treating up to 50 customers to hot chocolate on Monday from 8-9 a.m.
After the Canadian men’s hockey team lost to Germany on Friday in the men’s hockey semifinals at the Olympic Winter Games, the German Foreign Office tweeted their condolences and asked Germans in Canada to show empathy.
Soon after, the embassy tweeted that it would buy rounds of hot chocolate at Bridgehead located at 96 Sparks St.
