Gatineau Park is officially open for winter fun

Thanks to all the recent snow, Gatineau Park trails are officially open for the season, the National Capital Commission announced Thursday.
“Winter is here!” the commission said, noting that outdoor enthusiasts have access 47.9 kilometres of ski trails, 19.3 kilometres of snowshoe trails, 12.3 kilometres of snow biking trails and 1.9 kilometres of hiking trails.
Conditions on one of North America’s largest trail networks are updated twice a day here.
