Frostbite warning for the capital, 'extreme' cold in Maniwaki

It’s going to be a cold weekend in Ottawa starting with a Friday night low of -22 C that will feel like -31.
And Ottawa Public Health confirmed the fears late in the afternoon with a frostbite warning “until further notice.”
