Frontenac paramedics, responding to a call, greeted by man with a knife

Kingston police arrested a man on Tuesday after he allegedly pulled a knife on two paramedics while they were responding to a call.
According to police, the 51-year-old man was holding a knife while he approached two Frontenac paramedics in the hallway of an apartment building while they were responding to a call around 9 p.m. in Kingston’s west end. The paramedics fled the building and, when police showed up, they arrested the man on the second floor and found the switchblade he had used.
