Fourth alarm at ByWard Market restaurant fire, no injuries reported

Firefighting crews continued to battle a major blaze in the ByWard Market Friday afternoon, centred at the well-known Vittoria Trattoria restaurant.
At about 1 p.m., the force declared a fourth alarm on the blaze that broke out at about 11 a.m. in the building at 35 William St.
Patrons and employees are all out of the building, the fire department reports. There have been no major injuries reported.
