Four quarantined after hazmat call about envelope on bus

Ottawa police, fire and paramedics responded to a call about an envelope on an OC Transpo bus at Elgin and Rideau streets on Saturday night. A bus driver had found an envelope on his bus, kicked it and then started to feel nauseous, acting Staff Sgt. John Gibbons said as he arrived at the scene.
