Flood threat rises in Ottawa and Gatineau

With steady rain the forecast for the coming days, municipalities on both sides of the river are sounding the alarm about flooding, warning water levels could reach those seen in 2017.
The Ottawa River Regulation Planning Board has issued a major flood warning for the region beginning Friday and continuing into the weekend.
