Firefighters slice open car roof to free crash victim

Firefighters had to slice the roof off a crashed vehicle to free a trapped occupant after a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Walkley and Harding roads Thursday afternoon.
One car landed on its side in the crash and fire crews stabilized the vehicle before using cutters and spreaders to cut their way in.
As of 1:45 p.m., two patients were taken to hospital with minor injuries, paramedics said.
Motorists were asked to find an alternate route as first responders tackled the task and cleanup
