Firefighters battle three late night blazes

Firefighters battled three separate fires late Saturday and early Sunday morning.
Firefighters were called to 1465 Caldwell Avenue at 9:14 p.m., where flames were visible from a 7th storey balcony. The fire spread from the balcony into the apartment. No one was home at the time and damage was estimated to be $50,000. No one was injured.
A second fire at a detached home at 245 Trail Side Circle was called in at 11:02 p.m. The basement fire extended to the first and second floors of the two storey
