Fire at commercial laundry doused in Nepean

A fire at a commercial laundry company in Nepean was quickly contained by firefighters before it could spread Thursday.
Ottawa Fire Services responded to a 911 call that reported smoke inside 45 Gurdwara Road in Nepean, the home of HLS Linen Services, at 8:27 p.m.Firefighters declared a working fire, which was brought under control in about half an hour. The building had to be ventilated, but there were no reported injuries.
