Federal public servants, stressed over pay problems, set to rally in Ottawa on third Phoenix anniversary

The Public Service Alliance of Canada is planning a rally in downtown Ottawa Thursday to mark the three-year anniversary of the Phoenix pay system rollout.
The union said recent numbers show that pay problems continue to stress many federal public servants, and want to see more action from the government to reduce the backlog of unresolved Phoenix transactions, a timeline for a return to pay normalcy, and damages to compensate those affected.
