Federal offender on the lam known to frequent Ottawa

The OPP’s ROPE squad is hunting for a federal offender who’s unlawfully at large and wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
Kevin Lamoureux, 37, is described as Aboriginal, five feet nine inches tall, weighing 200 pounds.
He has a tattoo on his neck of hands clasped in prayer with the inscription “Only God can judge.” He has scars on his forehead, right temple and left hand.
