'Excellent' description leads police to Hull prowler

Gatineau police said that a call reporting a suspicious man and a witness’s “excellent” description led them to arrest a prowler in Hull Tuesday.
They’re now eyeing him in two other cases, police said.
The 27-year-old man was scheduled to appear in court Wednesday on charges of trespassing by night and breach of probation.
