Environment Canada warns of possible 'funnel cloud' conditions Thursday afternoon

It’s hardly the terrible situation being faced in the Caribbean, but Environment Canada is warning that conditions are ripe for the development of “funnel cloud” conditions in the capital Thursday.
Scattered thunderstorms and possible hail are possible this afternoon, and “Funnel clouds may also make a brief appearance this afternoon in this unseasonably cool and unstable air mass,” the agency says.
