Environment Canada ends severe thunderstorm watch for region

The weather office has ended a severe thunderstorm watch for the Capital Region.
The alert cautioned of the possibility of heavy rain and possible hail.
Tuesday registered extremely high levels of humidity through the day, and by mid-afternoon the temperature was at about 25 C.
There’s a 30-per-cent chance of evening showers and the risk of a thunderstorm before skies clear overnight and the mercury dips to 12 C.
Wednesday’s forecast is mainly sunny with a high of 24 C and low of 11
