Embarrassing Ottawa Senators video likely legally recorded

An Uber driver likely did nothing illegal when he video recorded a group of Ottawa Senators slagging the team and their coach during a ride.
The video was recorded in Phoenix on Oct. 29, the day before the Senators lost 5-1 to the Arizona Coyotes.
