Election primer: Carleton

A new riding created out of the redistribution and redrawing of boundries, it comprises parts of the former Nepean-Carleton riding as well as Carleton-Mississippi Mills and Ottawa South. It also contains many of the fastest growing neighbourhoods in the southern part of the capital. Largely considered to be a conservative riding, both provincially and federally.
